2 Steps to Success™ Compensation Program

The International World of Vacations (IWV) Two Steps to Success™ Compensation Plan was designed as part of the exclusive IWV Dynamic Networking system to maximize earnings.

This document serves as a complete outline of the IWV Independent Representative (IR) Compensation Program.
With this Dynamic Networking system, your income is unlimited; you will also see how you will get paid going down only one level, and you will have direct controls on your individual training efforts. Payments only reach down one level so this is NOT Multi-Level Marketing. It taps customer relationship marketing potential to create unparalleled success in two easy steps:

With IWV you have a choice. You can choose to run your own successful home-based business by participating in “Step One” only. Or, in addition to “Step One,” you can encourage others to become Independent Representatives and own their own business. They then become part of your team and you earn money on their income as explained in Step Two.

STEP ONE: The Direct Commission you earn is on your travel sales. International World of Vacations will pay you 70% (over 80% including Vacation Credits, Specific vendor overrides and bonuses).

STEP TWO: The Team Bonus. With our Dynamic Networking system, when you recommend other IRs to join IWV, you earn direct commissions on their sales and become a Team Leader. It is the responsibility of the Team Leader to ensure that his or her team remains motivated to sell vacations. By being a Team Leader, an IR will earn significantly more income than just working alone. The Team leader is entitled to five percent (5%) of the IR commission earned on sales made by all his sponsored IR's. The Vacation Credits earned would be 10% of that calculated commission. Some suppliers share an override commission based on achieving certain sales volumes with their company. When applicable, IWV will share this with our Independent Representatives.

An example of Two-Steps to Success™:
Assume Carrie Cashwell spends 40 hours per month building her home-based IWV travel business. If she generates $1,200 in commission income, it would give her a return of $30 per hour.  These would be respectable earnings based on the time spent.

In addition, she earned a Vacation Credit Bonus of 10% or $120.00.

Now suppose Carrie recruits 20 IRs for her Team and they each spent an average of 30 hours per month generating $900 in IR commission income; a total of $18,000.  Carrie as the Team Manager receives a Bonus (override) of 5% or $900.  She also earns a Vacation Credit Bonus of 10% or $90.

Now her total cash earnings for the month equal $2,100 giving her a return of $52.50 per hour.  Her total Vacation Credit Bonus for the month is now $210. In this example, by utilizing our Formalized Referral System and the Two-Step, Carrie has increased her hourly earnings by 75%.

If, however, the individual does generate the volume shown, they will receive the earnings indicated above provided that he/she is not in default of the terms and conditions of being an Independent Representative for IWV.
