Ms. Mumm joined IWV in 2003 in the Southwest Florida territory. She attended the
University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida majoring in Hispanic American Studies.
During that time, she participated in a summer exchange program at the University
of Chile in Santiago and attended the University of Brazil in Salvador through a
program sponsored by New York University.
Ms. Mumm has spent over 30 years in the travel industry. She earned the professional
designation, CTC (Certified Travel Counselor), from the Institute of Certified Travel
Agents (ICTA) in the late 1970s and became a Life Member in1986. During her career
she has been an inside sales agent, outside sales agent, trainer and travel agency
manager, working in both Miami and Venice, Florida. In 2001, she retired from AAA
Auto Club South in Venice. She specialized in luxury travel and has traveled extensively
in Africa and South America. Her duties included escorting groups to Europe, Australia/New
Zealand, South America, the Orient and the Caribbean.
In addition to her responsibilities for Group Development, Ms. Mumm’s duties with
IWV include being the Committee Leader for the Corporate Governance Committee and
operational Customer Service..
