TEAM SUPER BONUS PLAN
THE IR AND TEAM SUPER BONUS IS PAYABLE IN THE SECOND MONTH
AFTER CALENDAR YEAR END.
Based on each calendar year, IWV will pay a bonus to high producing IRs based on
commissions earned as shown on the year-end Form 1099 Misc. This bonus is in addition
to the commission you already earn involving our “Two Step Compensation Program,
certain overrides on volume applicable with some suppliers, and can range from 4%
to 7% as a year end bonus.
The Form 1099 misc will include in its total the following
Step one compensation 70% of IWV commissions earned
Step Two Team Commissions 5% of IR commissions earned by his team
Vacation credits utilized NOTE: Vacation credits are not income to the IR until
used
